If you don't want to be blown away by the BBCA staff then I would not recommend joining our family!!  Most of the staff have been with us since our daughter was 6 weeks old. They have been with us through sickness, hospital visits, emergency surgeries, family death, and so much more. They have continuously prayed for us and with us and are always quick to check in to see where they can lend a hand. After my husband and I lost a daughter in 2024 to say we became overprotective is an understatement. This great staff handles all of our somewhat overbearing moments with such Grace. They answer each concern with promptness and care. They all took a leap of faith to start BBCA and I would highly suggest taking a leap of faith to join their family. I know each one of them adore our girl and she adores them all too.  My husband and I are firm believers that you get what you pay for and they are truly worth every penny.
